SHALIMAR is also the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights.
Our attention has been drawn by certain members of the public to the fact that they have received communications through e-mails, websites, telephone calls, SMS, or personal visits for appointments as distributors of SHALIMAR. We understand that certain unscrupulous individuals have been demanding cash deposits in specified banks before such appointments. These people are also unauthorizedly using the name, trademarks, and logo of SHALIMAR to tarnish its reputation. They typically provide a similar website name to deposit the application form. Upon accessing the website, they force you to make online payments for submitting the form, or they provide some bank details for depositing the payment. This is not the practice of SHALIMAR. Therefore, please refrain from doing so.
Similarly, we have been informed that some third parties are issuing fake appointment letters, confirming jobs at SHALIMAR for a fee. Be cautious of such fake appointment letters issued by companies with deceptively similar names. Note that these companies are not registered under the Companies Act 2013 and have no relationship with SHALIMAR.
Please take note that SHALIMAR is not in any way connected or associated with these emails, phone calls, SMS, or websites, and therefore cannot be held liable for the actions of either the perpetrators or their victims. SHALIMAR does not charge money from candidates by any means. The public, in general, is also advised not to be attracted or lured by any of their communications soliciting payments and promising products or jobs.
SHALIMAR only conducts trade through its official website, www.shalimars.com. Any person claiming to take orders for SHALIMAR products via phone or online may be attempting fraud. SHALIMAR shall not be responsible for any orders placed other than on its official website or through the company's authorized super stockists or redistribution stockists.
We urge the public not to be misled by communications purportedly made by SHALIMAR, including through e-mails, WhatsApp messages, and online mediums. Anyone dealing with such fake calls, websites, etc., does so at his or her own risk, and SHALIMAR shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered by such persons, directly or indirectly.
