Ltd. is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement titled, Bengal to Brisbane with its partners in Papua New Guinea, Australia, New Zealand, and the Fijian Islands through Adzguru Trade Connecting Service. The agreement came to life on 29th April 2022 in the presence of SCWPL's Managing Director, Mr. Somenath Bhattacharjee and Mr Arijit Roy, the CEO of Adzguru as they both signed the export contract. This is the first step for Shalimar's towards its global endeavours. Shalimar's will enter the global market with edible oil, mustard oil, hair oil and medicated ayurvedic oil.

For more than six decades, we at Shalimar's have tried our best to inspire Indian women, besides being a part of the changing trends of Indian women and their soaring aspirations.

Our Managing Director, Mr. Somenath Bhattacharjee, and Director, Mr. Hirak Bhattacharjee, got fecilitated with "Dipak Jyoti Samman" 2022 by the East Bengal Club. We would like to express our gratitude to all the members and supporters of Bengal Football for this prestigious award.

We are all geared up for the next season with our 5th newly developed quality management and automated production facility in GIZ, Telangana. The testing phase of automated focal logistics is already in its final phase. This facility will cater to our increasing demand in the southern and western parts of India and will also be our export hub. We aspire to be a more #qualityfirst brand in India, with a #qualitymanagementsystem in place and an equal handshake with our #zerowaste effort, which we plan to complete by 2024-25. In addition, our #breakthebias effort in India has successfully altered the gender ratio in our manufacturing units.

There was a time when private equity or any other kind of start-up concept did not exist in the country. That was the period when our founder, Late Prakriti Nath Bhattacharjee, set out on his journey with the hope of building a brand that would become a household name for future generations.

He had an idea that was put into action, which conquered the market with a thriving position in no time.

Even though he is no longer with us, his entrepreneurial spirit has been passed down as a part of his legacy to further generations. We are continually pursuing the road he has outlined for the business to reach new heights.
